A message from owner, designer and maker of Hannah Lou -

The idea of ‘Hannah Lou’ first came to me back in 2016, however it looked a lot different than what it does today! I’d just finished university with a degree in Printed Textiles and Surface Design and was trying multiple ideas, however they weren't quite right. About 2 years later I started noticing polymer clay earrings and thought ‘hey, I wear a lot of earrings, I wonder if I can try this?’ And so it began!

For two years I practised and soaked up all the information I could access, perfecting my new found skills to create a product I was proud of. Then when friends started commenting on my creations, I realised - ‘this is Hannah Lou’!  A combination of my design skills in pattern and surface texture, with a product I love! I truly believe when I wear a pair of earrings, they give me a boost of confidence, even when I’m just wearing a 'meh' outfit and that’s something I want everyone to feel.
