Despatch and Delivery

Despatch

After we have received your order we will start packaging your order and we guarantee despatch within 7 business days. This is to allow processing time at busy periods, so despatch times can sometimes be shorter depending on quantity orders. Once your item has been transferred over to Royal Mail, a despatch confirmation email will be sent which will also contain details on how to track your order. 

UK Delivery 

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail. UK based orders will be sent out as either -

  • Tracked 24 (£4.02, normally arriving 1-2 business day after despatch, contents insurance up to £100)
  • Tracked 48 (£3.60, normally arriving  2-3 business days after despatch, contents insurance up to £100)
  • 2nd Class Signed For (£2.36, normally arriving 2-3 business days after despatch and must be signed for on delivery, contents insurance up to £50)
  • 1st Class Signed For (£2.69, normally arriving 1-2 business days after despatch and must be signed for on delivery, contents insurance up to £50)
All options come with the added protection of contents insurance, this will protect your order against damage or if it were to go missing whilst in the hands of Royal Mail. Tracked options are insured up to £100, whilst Signed For is protected up to £50. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct postage option that will cover the whole cost of their order.

International Delivery

The cost of postage and delivery times of international orders will vary depending on location. International postage will also include tracking and insurance for your order (up to £50). WE DO NOT COVER THE COST OF IMPORT TAXES OR CUSTOM CHARGES (OR ANY CHARGE INCURRED DURING TRANSIT), THESE ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THAT PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE IMPORTED INTO THEIR COUNTRY

Packaging Of Our Products

At Hannah Lou, we aim to combat unnecessary plastic packaging wherever possible. We have used paper based or recyclable packaging whenever possible to help reduce the amount of plastic the company uses. We also request that you, the customer, try to recycle or reuse packaging wherever possible.
